Letter of Appointment for Representative or Distributor

Proof of Trademark Ownership
Evidence of trademark ownership from the relevant government institution in intellectual property.

Local Component Level (TKDN) Document
For equipment that meets TKDN requirements in conformity with regulations.

Statement of Intended Use
For government institutions, international organizations, or individuals who use the equipment for their own purposes.
